Founded in February 2010, YOOL is an independent, action-oriented NGO dedicated to humanitarian aid, climate protection, governance, and capacity building. We support livelihoods, shelters, and training for transitioning individuals out of IDP camps.

Driven by the belief in youth potential, YOOL was established by local activists to empower Somalia's young people. ‘YOOL,’ meaning ‘objective’ in Somali, reflects our mission to foster meaningful community contributions.

Our goal is to empower youth and IDPs to participate in political processes and drive positive change in Somalia’s state-building efforts. Join us in making a lasting impact.
